Adopta
Adopta is a next generation private capital management system designed for modeling and managing ecosystems of value, which is a codification of much of the experience I have accumulated in architecting ecosystems.
Traditionally, creating the right partnership incentives and structure between multi-stakeholder alliances and consortiums in an ecosystem is incredibly challenging, costly, and complex. Each individual entity has its own business model, goals, and objectives that makes long term alignment of value challenging.
Adopta solves this by delivering a platform to create deterministic, provably beneficial partnership structures that can be modeled and simulated independently at any time by each participant in the ecosystem to evaluate the compounded benefit to their collaborating in such a structure.
There is a core common treasury underpinning Adopta, consisting of tokenized assets and revenue streams, which come from registration of distinct projects and programs that exist either within or between each entity.
These can be staked as investments within and across individual entities, in a privacy preserving manner, where just the metadata becomes available so that it can be trusted as coming from within degrees of trust with an existing individual or entity.
The entity that receives staked investments in TRUST tokens, will have a choice on whether to provide backing and validation to those investors in the form of registering a deposit to initiate the beginning of that project effort, with an expression of the value that will accrue to the entity should that effort succeed.
Additional analytics within Adopta like augmented bonding curves can look at other dimensions for weighting the payout, such as, data around time or capital contributed, meetings attended, milestones met, or any other data that is tracked around the project.
